Pharblex Spattergoo is a rare bullywug who has mastered shamanistic magic. From within the Mere of Dead Men he leads a band of bullywugs in service to the Cult of the Dragon. Sandesyl Morgia is a vampire moon elf who joined the Cult of the Dragon long before she became undead. She is a member of the old guard but is disillusioned with the cult leadership's new direction.
