Nurgle is getting some love from Games Workshop this December... including a new model, Battletome and Vanguard starter set.
New Maggotkin of Nurgle Battletome
The current Maggotkin of Nurgle Battletome is the oldest, released way back in 2017, so it's fitting that we get a shiny new version updated for Age of Sigmar 3.0.
There will be an extensive set of Path to Glory rules that represent the unusual goals of Maggotkin armies. They’re more concerned with spreading the ‘gifts’ of their patron god than conquering territory in the traditional sense.
New Rotbringer Sorcerer
A new Rotbringer Sorcerer is coming to us in December too - a mix between a human and fly. This will most probably replace the old Rotbringer sorcerer.
New Maggotkin of Nurgle Vanguard Set
With the new Vanguard boxes set to replace the existing Start Collecting! sets, we're very excited to see the first one to be release is for Nurgle!
From what is on the box art, it looks like the new Vanguard box will contain:
- 2 x Pusgoyle Blightlords
- 10 x Plaguebearers
- 1 x Spoilpox Scrivener
- 5 x Putrid Blightkings
